Our Policies

Take a minute to write an introduction that is short, sweet, and to the point. If you sell something, use this space to describe it in detail and tell us why we should make a purchase. Tap into your creativity. You’ve got this.

Alignment with Project Initiative

All submitted entries must relate to the school environment, management, or ideology, as these are the foundational pillars of "Forever Heard."

Submissions need not propose solutions; raising awareness of issues is a valid and essential contribution.

The primacy of Fairness in Being Heard

The ultimate objective of "Forever Heard" is to ensure fairness in amplifying student voices. Every submission, once approved, is preserved permanently to guarantee equitable representation and prevent suppression.

This platform prioritizes the right to be heard over the rush to resolve, recognizing that true fairness begins with unfiltered visibility.

Acceptance of Concerns Without Immediate Solutions

Entries identifying problems or expressing dissatisfaction ("complaints") are fully accepted without the expectation of immediate resolution.

Requiring solutions at the point of raising concerns undermines the authenticity of the platform and contradicts its purpose. Issues must be acknowledged and documented before structured resolutions are pursued.

Moderation Standards

All entries will be reviewed by an anonymous moderation team prior to posting.

Moderation focuses solely on alignment with the project’s initiative (relevance to school environment, management, or ideology) and basic competence (clarity and coherence), never on the stance, viewpoint, or tone of the submission.

Entries will not be judged for agreement with moderators’ opinions or rejected for lack of proposed solutions.
